Limited Lifetime Warranty on All Maia Products (Includes Rechargeable, Standard Battery Operated, Non-Vibrating Product)

In the event that your Maia Toys product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Maia Toys agrees to replace the product for you. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.

All Maia Toys products covered under this warranty shall be designated as Pleasure Promise Lifetime Warranty on the product packaging. The warranty period begins on the date you purchased your product!

Limitations Of Warranty

• Customers must retain original Proof of Purchase at Warranty submittal. Maia Toys reserves the right to deny warranty service due to insufficient Proof of Purchase.
• All "Accessory" items included with a package may not be covered under warranty. Examples would be Storage Bags, Panties, Sleeves, etc. Any item considered an "Accessory" will be covered for a period not to exceed 90 days after purchase.
• In the event of out-of-stock colors, Maia Toys reserves the right to substitute colors from available stock. 
• In the event of discontinued items, Maia Toys will replace your item with a similar item.
• Pleasure Promise Lifetime Limited Warranty are valid for both USA and International Customers. Replacement products will only be shipped to verified addresses. International Customers requesting Warranty Service will be responsible for all shipping and associated custom fees, taxes, and duties. 
• We reserve the right to request that you return the product to us in order for you to obtain warranty. Products requested for return must be shipped at customer expense to our warehouse for disposition.
